Background:

Imprimis, Inc. was founded in October 2004, by brothers Paul and Michael Semmens, with the mission to support government and private organizations in achieving operational excellence with the effective use of technology ... turning technology into capability. i2's founders bring together an ideal blend of experience, expertise, and leadership.

E. Paul Semmens is a retired U.S. Army officer who served in air and missile defense, including the command of the 10th Brigade and the Army Space Command. He has also worked in the defense contracting sector as Vice President for Strategic Operations, COLSA Corporation; Program Manager for a major weapons system, Technovative Applications; and President, PRIMA Enterprises, Inc. He currently serves as Imprimis, Inc's Executive Vice President for Ballistic Missile Defense Systems.

Michael G. Semmens, President of Imprimis, Inc, has spent his entire career in engineering and executive corporate management, serving over 20 years at BDM International. His final assignment with BDM was as Corporate Vice President. He was Chairman, CEO, and President of a high-tech publicly-traded company in Austin, Texas, and served as a principal in several finance and consulting firms, including his own Semmens Group, LLC.
